To get a project started, these are the questions we have for every client.  Not to worry!  Our job is to help you answer them.  But to get things going, we really need to know:

1. What will make this a successful project for you?
2. What concerns you most about the process?
3. Do you have a budget in mind?
4. Have you thought about a time frame for completing your project?

The answers to these questions will become the basis of our contract with you. Architecture takes effort and expense to develop.  We must understand and agree on the goals, the cost, and the time needed to complete your project.  We will be truthful and direct – we’ll let you know if your scope and budget are compatible; or if your expectations to move into your new home by a certain date seem reasonable.

Once these questions get answered, we can start in on the challenging, but fun, process of design.  And as we move forward, we refer back to your answers, at every stage, to make sure we are helping you achieve your project goals.
